Non-Profit Status And Funding

Agape Network has been incorporated with the State of Arizona since 1988 and is recognized as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization by the Internal Revenue Service. It is sustained by fund raising, private donations, grants, and numerous volunteers.

AGAPE Network is funded in part by the Federal Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration; the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009; and the Maricopa County Department of Workforce Management and Development.
